A New Clearing/Cleaning Out of the ‘Mind’/Blue Rays-Empaths

Blue Rays/Empaths are feeling and transmuting for their Spiritual Families in an intensity that needed to be felt/endured – over a 24 hour period recently.

This was not able to be ‘just shifted’, it needed to be endured and was felt so very deeply.

There were fragments of feelings deep within going back years, through our past and also for and with others we are close to as well, as we are transmuters for more than ‘just our’ energy.

It was a case of not feeling ‘ourselves’ at all, no matter what we did to ‘try’ to shift these feelings.

There was doubt, and anxiety and loss of confidence that has not been felt for a very long time, or from recently that one had shifted through.

To bring through a ‘clear slate’ of letting go of ALL.

To ‘bring in the broom and sweep out’ all others’ energies – out of our personal energy space, once we ‘worked through’ what we needed to, in all our growth lessons here and with this, to reach this space.

Of feeling relaxed inside-within.

Eminem’s song comes to mind with this “I’m cleaning out my closet”.

We are working through so much that we have retained of the mind or the ego that we need to let go of, that has accumulated.

Even those who are coming from their hearts and soul.

As with this ‘clean slate’ is transforming old patterns of the mind. And this includes what I call the ‘spiritual mind’.

Of what and where we were or have been ‘at’ just recently with this huge shift of energy leading up to the Lions Gate energy and then some.

Of future projection thought forms that are no longer ‘needed’ or relevant. In a way of, Spirit knows what is best for your ‘highest good’ and so now it is time to LET GO of all of these.

A new clearing/cleaning out of the mind.

This will be especially challenging to those who are fluctuating from head to heart in their process of transition in their Spiritual Growth.

As recently we reached what I call a ‘dead end’ or ‘walls’ as far as ‘the old’ way of doing things in our lives.

Every person that has a Divine healing, is having ‘issues’ with coming from the head and fluctuating back and forth from the heart – and steps and guidance are being given for and with this, to help those help themselves to ‘identify’ just when they do this.

To learn to self monitor themselves to notice or ‘take note’ of this and change or shift this when they do so.

Moment by moment basically.

Someone once said ‘this is hard work’ in self monitoring…I said no, this is the good bits now, this is where you really grow and ascend and start to take some ‘control’ back (loosely said here) of your power or self empowerment in doing so.

How one ‘operated’ in the past from the head/ego, now that was the ‘hard work’ ;-).

It does take ‘a lot’ of observing and feeling in self monitoring, to be very conscious. Yet it is so very worth it and is a great starting place/point for souls to re-build a New Home Base Foundation.

We can ‘help ourselves’ with some basic tools. Notice if one says ‘I think’ and then change it to ‘I feel’. Again, nearly every soul in a 1:1 I have shared this with. So this then lets me know it is a kind of like a ‘blanket’ energy of behavior of many souls.

Or simply asking oneself ‘Am I coming from my heart or my head’ at various times.

These two are very simple and easy to implement now, straight away, if one chooses to get ‘very real’ with themselves.

As somewhere deep inside we do need to make a choice to do so.

To say I have really ‘had enough’ and really want to help myself grow now, in a way I have never felt before.

To really consciously be ‘aware’ of just what am I doing here.

Am I ‘BSing’ myself in my spiritual knowledge?

Am I going to continue to hide away as I feel no one else feels the way I do or understands me?

Or am I going to ‘step up to the plate’ and start to discover or re-discover a very new me, the real me underneath, as I am so tired of not being who I really am.

And with this then comes an adjusting and many other ways or things one needs to realize.

That not all are where you are at, in what you ‘know’ or feel.

Yet really it is not about them, it is about you.

And you honoring yourself.

As it is time.

And you and I are so WORTH IT.

Time to ‘Step-up’ to and for ourselves.

In a very new way.

And please know, it does take time to adjust and shift and grow into ourselves.

Yet it does take a soul and spirit choice to do so as well.

No more fooling or bluffing oneself, as we are or can be masters at that. I know I was!
