In religious contexts it is usually a disclosure of something hidden, “a vision of heavenly secrets that can make sense of earthly realities”. [1]

This is the meaning of the apocalypse before some religious people took the word and changed it to mean complete destruction of the earth. Where souls either went to heaven, hell or stayed behind on earth to suffer. If you read Revelations and take it literally it seems that the earth will be destroyed and great suffering will ensue.

The real meaning of the word apocalypse is the revealing of hidden knowledge. This is all happening to a great many people. We are in the midst of the apocalypse now. There isn’t a literal destruction of earth it’s not physical. It is a great shift and change of consciousness. Those that don’t wish to change will suffer greatly. We are seeing it now with an increase in suicides, drug use and overdoses, and violent crimes. The stories of what people are doing to other people are horrendous. If you watch the news or are on social media you will hear people say and say to yourself. WTF is happening to people?

What is happening is a shift in consciousness and those that don’t wish to change are in agony. The Universe is no longer going to let people continue on a destructive path and harm themselves and others. Everybody has to make a decision to become a better more conscious human being or suffer greatly. Unfortunately innocent people will suffer in this process. Karma is quickly catching up to people. You are seeing this everyday. We are all being called to account for our choices and how we live our life.

If you have read the book of Revelations there is great physical suffering to people. This suffering is not physical but mental and emotional. People are suffering greatly the increase of suicides, drug overdoses, and violent crimes against others is proof of that. These people are in great pain and are either taking it out on themselves or others. The bizarre crimes and lack of empathy and compassion towards others is alarming. I am sure many of us have said that people have lost their minds and they have. Some are hurting others or themselves out of the emotional and mental pain they are going through. They are resisting the shift into higher consciousness. They are refusing to change. To heal from past traumas. Everything is being amplified all our feelings and emotions. Some just won’t be able to take the pain. They will try to dull the pain with drugs or just choose to take their lives. Others will choose to lash out at other innocent people harming them.

Some of us have made the conscious choice to change into a kind and compassionate human beings. To care about and help others. Some of us have completely changed and weren’t very good people trapped in our ego. The ego is all about you. When you live in ego you only care about yourself and maybe those close to you. When you are living out of ego you care about others even people you don’t know. This is compassion and empathy for others, is the whole goal of the apocalypse. Some of us have already changed and our job is to help others change too. Not just people you surround yourself with or know personally. We are supposed to reach out to strangers and show understanding and compassion. We are supposed to live by example kind, generous and compassionate lives. So that others who are on the fence of change can see a different way to live. As we pass this to others they will pass it on too. This causes a chain reaction that will spread and cause change throughout the world. The internet has made this easier as we can reach people anywhere. Information can get to anyone anywhere. There are some dark forces that will try and interfere with us sharing our knowledge and information that might help others. As I write this blog whole paragraphs disappear and my cursor jumps around the page while typing. So I must be sharing some information that will help others.

I am not saying to run around and preach to others how they should live their lives. This puts people off and does nobody any good. All great spiritual leaders say the same thing. Love your neighbor, treat others as you would treat yourself, kindness and love. That is all you really have to do, is to live your life this way. That is how you reach others and cause that change reaction. Reach out to strangers it could change their lives. Extend kindness and love to everyone around you not just those in your inner circle that are like you. Don’t judge that homeless person or that drug addict. You haven’t lived their life. You don’t know how the ended up where they are. Everyone deserves love and some may have never had it shown to them. Be that angel that reaches out to help someone you never would have before. Just living your life this way will change the world into a better place for everyone. In the end good does win over evil. Love does prevail. Love is patient. Love is kind. It is not angry, proud, or rude. Love hopes, endures, and believes all things are possible. Love never fails.

Be a catalyst for change. As the Beetles said “Love is all you need”.
