"Where is your mind lately? What are you focusing on?"
We are going through an accelerated evolutionary process. As a result, we are watching our world change literally right before our eyes. The question we should be asking ourselves… “Is the world changing in the right direction?”
One of the most powerful things we can do as way showers leading the way into the new paradigm, is to practice focusing on the outcome we want. We know that thoughts become things. This has been proven over and over again, even in the scientific community. With focused awareness, our intention actually affects how atoms react, align and interact. With honed skills, focus and correct awareness, we do create our reality.
However, how many are still focused on the negative aspect of things? Do you think about the state of the world in a positive way or do you focus on all the things that are still wrong? Do you really spend time focusing on humans interacting from a place of mutual respect? Or do you focus on how humans are destroying the dolphin population, what our government leaders have not done, or how bad the economy is?
How many times does your mind focus on what is wrong, rather than what is right? Focusing on ‘the negative’ is a habit and this is reinforced daily with news broadcasts, newspapers, mass media, etc. Your mind is ONE of your most powerful tools and allies. How well are you using it?
Mindfulness is essential. The only thing you truly have control over is your own mind and actions. Yes, thinking negatively is a habit and one that requires focus to shift, but you are the only one who can do it.
This concept is not new, yet how many of you are practicing ~ forget practicing, that implies you are not a master yet ~ how many of you are BEING mindful?
Sometimes the decision to be mindful and positive will require taking specific actions which you have been avoiding or afraid to do. We all know how resistant to change we are. Yet change is exactly what we are wanting.
"Being mindful is a choice."
Here are some things you might want to consider doing/changing if you truly want to make a shift in your thoughts. You might chose to release friendships that keep you surrounded by negativity or that are toxic. You might chose not to read the mainstream newspapers or watch the news broadcast and receive your world or local news in a different way. You may need to quit thinking about meditating daily and actually DO IT.
I know this all seems too basic and simple, but in reality too many are not focusing their energy correctly. It is the law of physics, plain and true. What you focus on becomes your reality. If you are saying… I don’t see any shifts in the world… then you will not see any shifts. I’m not saying pretend or fake it. However, I am saying keep your mind open and prepped for the new realizations and ways of living a positive and mindful live.
If you know or believe your life will be drastically improved in 2013 once we move into the next “Age of Light”, then most likely you will manifest that improvement. If you know something will be hard and painful, it certainly will.
"You are the master of your reality."
Whoops, that is still hard to swallow, isn’t it? You are the master of your reality. Often we are our own worst enemy. 2013 and beyond propels us into a whole new level of Light. Be careful and mindful of what you are creating!
There are multiple probabilities and bands of light frequency available to each and every one of you. However, your personal frequency and conscious thought determines your ability to utilize and connect to the new frequency of co-creative light. If your own thoughts and frequency are not in resonance or alignment with the higher frequency, the energies which are becoming available to manifest and co-create at the next level will still be inaccessible.
We are moving into is a whole new level of Light which is becoming available to “work with”. The grand alignment simply means that frequencies, which were not previously available to humanity because of the placement within the cosmos, will now be accessible. However, just because they are available, doesn’t mean you will be able to access and utilize them.
Once again, lets revisit the analogy… you can’t expect to utilize the 4G network from a rotary phone. Oil and water still won’t mix. Your frequency, thought waves and patterns must be in resonance with the new frequencies of light information to utilize the potential they will provide.
I challenge you to really observe yourself and your habits. For 24 hours, decide to notice every time you have a negative thought. Take inventory and count how many times your mind consciously or unconsciously has a negative thought. I think you will be surprised. This is so programmed/habitual, we don’t even realize we are doing it. Paying attention is the first step in making positive change. Acknowledging this is something that you still need to be working on is the second step to truly change the habit. The next step is to take action to break the habit and replace it with a new one.
Obtaining this awareness assists you to make the necessary changes in your both your inner and outer world to help sustain a positive mental state. When you realize how toxic certain people are, you’re able to change the level of interaction you have with them. When you realize how often you are in places where the news is being played in the background, you will begin to make better choices like putting on headphones and listening to high frequency music instead. When you start to be positive a significant amount of the time, those who are not positive will naturally gravitate away from you. Nothing irritates a negative person more than being around someone who is positive all the time. Not that you want to irritate others, but your frequencies will be non-resonant and they will either choose to shift or choose not to be around you!
Another really helpful thing is to consciously think from your heart. I often suggest an exercise of placing your conscious ‘thinking’ mind in your heart chakra, literally. Here is an easy exercise to help with this process.
Locate your thinking mind. Most of the time it’s in your head.
When you ‘think’ from this space or place in your body, you more naturally have positive thoughts and are much more connected to your higher self. Give it a try. Do it 50 even 100 times a day. Every time you catch yourself having a negative thought, put your conscious mind into the elevator and ride it down into your heart. Breathe, refocus and think from your heart!
Again, I know this seems like basic and simplistic information, but it needs to be re~addressed. This is personal work and is absolutely necessary if you are going to move into higher frequencies of existence. Your frequency and your thoughts must match this higher frequency of Light to co-exist within the new paradigm we are creating. Just because the new ‘software’ is there, doesn’t mean your computer can load and run it. Your thoughts impact your frequency immensely.
2013 is pivotal. Being able to utilize the new light is essential for existing in the new paradigm. Emerge into 2013 with your mind as free from negativity as possible. Ride the Flow of Positive Light into the New Age of Being.
