Holiday Stress

It has been said, time and time again, that all things that do not resonate with your heart and soul path will begin to fall away. In most cases, this has already happened for you but may increase the further we project ourselves into the New Year 2020. We are being pushed out of our comfort zones and into new territory. This “new territory” energy may leave us questioning absolutely everything about our life, experiences, and belief systems.

The “everything” that is mentioned can range from jobs, locations, relationships, situations, circumstances, habits, addictions, to traditions. It seems fitting to mention ‘traditions’ especially now as most begin to approach the upcoming holiday season. Don’t allow this holiday season to bog you down with guilt and continued celebrations that are going to cause you unnecessary stress and unhappiness.

You might find yourself not desiring to send Xmas cards in the mail this year. Should you feel ashamed of yourself for not doing so? Absolutely not. You may choose to call your loved ones instead on each ‘said’ holiday.

What traditions have you done in the past that seemed as a hinderance to your overall joy energy as opposed to experiencing complete happiness and bliss? How about you choose your own joy and fulfillment instead? Decide to release the stressful expectations that others as well as yourself, have placed on you?!?

We are continuing to shed unnecessary layers of programming and distortion as time goes on. We are also healing our core wounds. Pay attention to whatever outbursts you experience and have an opportunity to stop and take a “time out” with yourself to reflect on why you are feeling or expressing these emotions.

It is never a good idea to bottle up these emotions within you. This can cause “dis-ease” as mentioned before. If you have the opportunity to release any and all pent up frustrations, anxiety, or pain… please do so in a healthy manner.

It is healthy to feel emotions. It is not weak to do so!

  • Cry it out!
  • Go into the mountains or a secluded area and scream it out if you feel the need to release pent up energy.
  • Spend time with yourself and in nature.
  • Talk to your angels and guides.
  • Ask for help and assistance out loud and directly to your ‘soul team’ if you need it.
  • Keep a journal.
  • Write forgiveness letters to those who have hurt you.
  • Listen to soothing music.
  • Meditate if desired.
  • Exercise.

Please choose to love and forgive yourselves as well as others. It may not be easy to do so, but move at your own pace forward as you are intuitively guided to do so. Listen to your heart. Listen to your body. SLOW DOWN if you are guided to do just that and REST.

It makes such a positive influence in not only your energy field, but ALL around you, and into the Cosmos.
