Mindfulness Breathing Exercise - Raising Conscious Awareness

Deep breathing will make your blood alkaline and will help take out inflammation. The Heart Breath will put your body into healing mode, sending out chemical messages from your brain to all the organs of your body. The expanded consciousness meditation will bring about peace and tranquility. It’s a great way to start or end the day!

Take 30 deep diaphragm breaths.

On last out-breath hold breath as long as possible.

On next in breath take a deep breath and hold squeezing forehead, I like to think I am cleaning the pineal gland and pituitary gland.

Repeat 2 more times.

Next take your awareness into your heart space – you can put your hand on your heart to bring your attention there.

Take rhythmical breaths to the beat of 4 in hold for 4 and 4 out, this lets your body know its okay to relax. Now bring in feelings of peace, love, caring, empathy, or places you like to be in nature, loved ones, or pets and allow these feelings to bring about harmony. Imagine you are breathing through your heart; you can visualize nostrils here that you are breathing through. This is creating heart/brain coherence.

Continue for about 3-5 minutes

EHERHER

Now picture your own light emanating from your heart, and increase its size until if expands through your whole body and energy fields. Keep expanding your light covering the whole earth, touching and igniting everyone’s heart that it contacts, bringing energy and cleansing, raising the vibrations.

Expand still further out into the universe – breathing in and out with the cosmos, feeling the space between your joints, in-between cells in the body, and in the cells of the body. Feel ‘at one’ with the Universe, connected to everything that is. Feel yourself in the Universe and the Universe within you.

Do this for about 5 minutes or for as long as you want. It feels awesome. When ready, start pulling your consciousness back from the Universe to the earth, then back across the earth, leaving it about 3 feet around your body.

Only light and love can pass here.
