There have been even more flares over the last couple of days, and today and tomorrow turbulent G1, as well as Higher level G2 and even G3 Geomagnetic Storms are on the way.
We have had very few G2 level space storms this year – we are just going through a volatile period right now due to a bout of activity on the Sun, as we near the end of Aurora season.
Streams of High-Speed Solar Wind (hot magnetic plasma/gases) are traveling the 93 million miles from the sun to Earth at speeds that can reach up to 2 million miles per hour. These huge, highly charged clouds of wind that are headed our way contain up to 1 billion tonnes of particles,.
When Solar Wind escapes the Sun it enters space and the Highly-Charged Wind buffets Earth’s magnetic field (protective bubble) and causes friction here on Earth. This includes power grid fluctuations, disruption to navigation systems, impacts on high-frequency radio waves, possible damage to satellites orbiting Earth, weather extremes, the confusion of mammals on beaches as their internal compass goes out of sync, and also impacts the human energy field – in particular those who are highly sensitive to energy (empaths).
Solar Storms temporarily disturb the Earth’s Magnetosphere, as solar winds and flares interact with Earth’s electromagnetic fields. Humans are also affected because we each have a personal electromagnetic field that surrounds us—an aura. Therefore, in the same way electromagnetic energy affects our planet, it can also play havoc with our own energy fields.
This wind has been buffeting our planet’s electromagnetic field at such intensity that it has caused a huge crack in it. This means that far higher amounts of gases than normal are pouring into our atmosphere.
These cracks, also known as Portals, allow the Highly vibrating energy to flow directly in from the Universe and impact and disrupt energetic particles on Earth – including humans.
A Portal allows rapid travel between dimensions of two distant locations in the Universe, for example, from the Sun to Earth. The Portal is a temporary period of life-changing transformation which allows us the opportunity to experience with a full, Conscious Awakening through Renewed Energy, Limitless Possibilities, Higher Wisdom, increased levels of Love and Wisdom. This is a tremendous opportunity to align with the Universe’s Energy.
Research has found that Geomagnetic Storms can cause us to experience Huge Energy Shifts, as our human Electromagnetic field absorbs incoming celestial elements – which can alter and transform us at Cellular Level.
During Solar Storms, masses of luminous energy infiltrate Earth’s atmosphere, and this can feel overstimulating; so we may notice our energy, as well as the energy of the people around us, feels super intense, as though everyone is more irritable, emotional, anxious, fatigued, spacey, or stressed out than normal.
Solar Storms are known to desynchronize our circadian rhythm (our internal biological clock that controls our sleep and wake times.) This is due to our Pineal Gland being affected by Electromagnetic Energy, producing an increase in Melatonin—thus disturbing our sleep and throwing our intuition and inherent orientation out of sync. Therefore, we may suffer from disrupted sleep patterns, exhaustion, and vivid dreams during a solar storm, and we also may have enhanced intuition and psychic awareness.
Our Pineal Gland, also known as our “third eye” senses Light and is associated with Enlightenment. It is believed to enhance Psychic Awareness, Activate Consciousness, and be the connection between the Physical and Spiritual world. When our third eye is fully open, we have the ability to see things not normally visible to the naked eye, such as past and future events, thought forms, energy, and spirits.
Common symptoms people experience during Energy Shifts
- Pressure headaches Feeling out of sorts, or unbalanced
- Flushes
- Dizziness, nausea
- Exhaustion
- Ear ringing
- Difficulty focusing
- Confusion, foggy mind, forgetful
- Temporarily misplacing items
- Disturbed sleep patterns
- Anxiety, stress, irritability, sadness
- Nervousness, worry, fear
- Overwhelm
- Heightened awareness, enhanced intuition, insights that seem to appear from ‘nowhere’
- Difficulty tracking time (time either feels too slow or at great speed)
- Noticing synchronicities, i.e. certain number patterns reappearing
- Premonitions, intense dreams or nightmares
- Struggles with communication
- Electronic devices messing up
The reason for much of the above is that our personal vibration is on a frequency that is much lower than the vibration of the new energy incoming from the Sun / Universe.
What to do during an Energy Shift
To benefit from the Energy Shift and lift our vibration so that we raise our Consciousness Awareness and ease any negative symptoms, we can do the following:
- Drink plenty of filtered water (not tap water).
- Take saltwater baths.
- Meditate and remain aware of recurring thoughts and feelings.
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
- Spend time in Nature.
- Consume high vibrational foods, such as fruits and vegetables.
- Remind yourself that everything in the universe is made up of energy and that conscious thought and intention can instantly alter how we think and feel.
- Breathe deeply, forgive, release, and surrender.
- Practice Kindness, Compassion, Acceptance, and Empathy.
- Remain aware of recurring thoughts and feelings.
- When possible, temporarily disconnect from technology, and anything that feels energetically toxic or draining.
- Listening to Binaural Beats can really help balance and Cleanse Energy Fields during Space Storms.
