You are your own Universe. An entire universe exists inside of you. Your universe is self-contained. The borders are your body and the magnetic field around it. As a sovereign universe of your own making, you determine the laws, parameters and workings of your own universe. You walk around projecting your inner Universe before you as your outer reality.

Everything exists within you as you in the world before you. Your being is your opportunity to master your own universe. To know the self is to know the universe. To be the self is to be the universe. To master the self IS to master the universe. To love the self is to love the universe. The more you love yourself, the more loving a place YOUR universe is to live. The more peace you can embody, the more peaceful your universe becomes.
Your universe is as complex as your are. If you desire simplicity, begin to simplify yourself. If you desire less chaos then you master the chaos you see before you by taming your inner chaos. If you desire more kindness in your universe, be kinder to yourself. If you desire more compassion in your universe, be compassionate with yourself. Because you are the creator of your own universe, you can change it by thinking it so. You can change the entire framework of your own universe. You can alter it, expand it, evolve it, or destroy it just by what you do to yourself.
Just as you drive a car and can take it anywhere and treat it any way, you too guide and direct the movement, speed and path of your inner cosmos. Your outer reality is simply feedback on the direction your universe is going and it mirrors to you its own level of wellbeing through the life showing up before you.
Simply put, you are the universe experiencing itself. If you know this, and truly understand it, then you have realized who you truly are. No one has more power over your universe than you do. If you believe that something brings good luck, then it will in your universe. You call it the “placebo effect.” We call it manifestation. If you decide something is harmful in your universe, then it will harm you. If you decide something is more powerful than you in your universe, then you are designed to come to know your own power through it. You can choose whether to tend your universe or to allow it to simply function as it will. All free will, all choice is up to you as the designer, manager and operator.
Your universe interacts with other universes all of the time.
Each time you encounter another being, you encounter another universe in its entirety. The energy fields of other universes interact with the energy of your own. Each universe has its own unique signature and vibration. Its energy field will activate certain energies within your universe. But as a sovereign universe in its entirety, you choose how you respond to the field of energy you encounter. If your universe is governed by love then you will respond in kind with love and so forth. As you experience how other universes operate and run, you naturally modify, change and evolve your own. This is the process of expansion.
