The dimensions are simply different frequencies. Within your brain is a “frequency tuner,” something that helps you dial into a frequency like a radio tuner. You have the capacity to tune into a different dimension, just as you can tune into different radio stations. As a multidimensional being, you are concurrently living in many different dimensions simultaneously already right now, but you can only be aware of one at a time or you will go into overwhelm.
What you call “mental illness,” specifically psychosis, is often a condition in which a person’s “inner tuner” is allowing in multiple frequencies all at once, causing it to become difficult discern, separate and process an overload of incoming information from two or more dimensions simultaneously, and the person becomes confused and overwhelmed and thought breaks down. The inner tuner is there as a protective mechanism to allow you to process only one dimension at a time.

Often you tune into to different “radio stations” while you sleep, because your body-mind system easily changes frequencies when you are not consciously locking into one dimension through your physical senses ( sight, sound, smell, touch, etc). The actual experience of the dimensional frequency that you are tuned into projects on the “screen” of your third eye (the pineal gland). Many of you have had the experience of being “between radio stations,” inter-dimensionsal static” or “changing the channel” when you see things that are there one moment and not there the next, catch a glimpse of something or someone out of the corner of your eye and taking a second glance and it disappears, seeing “ghosts”, experiencing deja vu, lucid dreaming, experiencing higher states of consciousness through meditation, experiencing moments of bliss, out of body experiences, altered states of consciousness, timeline shifts, concussions, channeling or mediumship, telepathy, and REM sleep.

Having this awareness is important for you now, because you have the ability within you to transport yourself anywhere in time-space and space-time and anywhere on any timeline by harnessing and using your inner receiver to tune into the coordinates of where you want to be in any dimension at anytime.
Your ancient ancestors all over the planet became very adept at this, including the Druids, Celts, Egyptians, Mayans, Incas, Atlanteans, Native Americans, Aboriginals, Amazonians, West Africans and Lemurians. Many Mystics, shamans, psychics and seers throughout history have also stumbled upon this capability and learned to use it.
You were conditioned out of this awareness via multi-faceted fear tactics so that you could be controlled. Because humans have forgotten this ability and it has been kept dormant, it has “atrophied.” In order to redevelop this gift, you must first have the awareness that it has always been there within you. Secondly, you must begin to experiment and inquire into it within yourself. Thirdly, you must begin to work with it like a muscle. It will strengthen over time as you learn to use it and allow it to reactivate within you.
Using this ability is how you will ultimately ascend to the frequency at which you wish to exist. You can no longer be “held captive” in the 3rd dimension once this gift is fully developed. This ability is the key to the prison gates. Everything you need to awaken this ability is already within you. Now is the time to develop and strengthen this important tool for your ascension.
