Are You An EMPATH? A TRUTH About Your Energetic Sovereignty

Lately, I have been getting many empaths sharing their discomfort with cutting energy cords with people they care about. It’s almost like there is this universal belief, that empaths hold, that if they cut cords with someone, they are being mean…or worse…a bad person.
It’s true.
We empaths feel EVERYTHING. And we sometimes feel it at levels of intensity that would make even a stoic warrior shudder. So cord cutting becomes imperative to one’s energetic health even in simple day to day living. We are also givers. Nurturers. It’s in our DNA. So when we reach a point where we may have to stop this act with someone – it feels like we are turning against our very own nature.
But that is simply a belief. A belief that doesn’t serve empaths very well at all.
Today, I am going to share one big truth around being an empath and declaring your energetic sovereignty. Shifting our perception of one simple act can free us from the energetic slavery of being ‘the Empath’.
