I’ve been fascinated with our DNA, especially the codons within our DNA. According to the work of Gregg Braden, we only have 22 of the 64 codons in our DNA turned on. Three of these codons are called “Stop Codons” and one of them is for Tryptophan, which is found in turkey and makes us sleepy after eating foods with tryptophan in them.

Hypothetically, if someone can figure out how to optimize all of their codons, they could do ANYTHING!

I recently changed one of my mantras in my “Walk of Gratitude” to the following:

“All of the codons in my DNA are permanently rewritten for the highest optimization of human function.”
