Not blaming ‘others’ and claiming your energy.
(When it comes to abuse or trauma, it is in the bigger picture energetically that we claim our energy as to this is the experience our soul chose to endure this lifetime as there is so much to this. And I thank and honor those souls for enduring all they have).
This is in relation to a ‘family’ member/s that the Pts 1-5 posts has been sharing about.
That when we claim our energy back we are then faced with OUR energy…that we are now responsible for.
‘We are not without power in any given moment’ and while we may have been in a situation in the past where we felt this, this is about NOW’.
As you are not ‘who you were’ in the past and are now strong enough to deal with what one is needing to from the ‘past’.
No more blaming, not only ‘others’ but also ‘blaming’ Spirit
Its about taking responsibility (in claiming back a ‘part’ of ourselves that was with another to do with/linked with the family energies).
As with this can come anger…as an ‘injustice’ or ‘unfairness’ that feels very deep.
It is our anger in our not trusting Spirit/the Divine and not trusting ourselves and our paths and journey with just how far we have come.
It is a form of ‘giving our power away’ when we do so.
Are we coming from our ‘head/ego’ or are we coming from our heart.
As many many souls who are quite ‘in-tune’ are still learning to come from their hearts and not the ‘head’.
There is no ‘blame’ in saying this as many of us have needed to come from the ‘head’ in the past to cope, it was our ‘coping mechanism’. I know I did for many years, I was a Master at coping and wearing masks, and many at that.
Yet this is where a lot of souls are ‘stuck’ or what they are dealing with. Especially those who have been through ‘a lot’ where one needed to wear masks as a form of survival to cope.
It is about monitoring our thoughts and actually listening to what we are saying to ourselves and then stopping and then feeling into that. Coming from the heart and not the head.
This can be a starting point and is for many that I share this with who very easily ‘slip’ into the head while talking (and to themselves). It is very easy to do when one has operated
from or coped like this for so long.
It is saying to now TRUST and HAVE FAITH in yourself and the Divine/Spirit.
In a very new and a very deep way.
To discover a NEW PEACE and FREEDOM.
I will share more soon as it comes during this Ancient time of Healing we are currently in.
