In the past, we have seen many videos of Qigong practitioners but never one like you are about to see. This man is exuding so much chi that his body is literally glowing.

I am totally into qigong. I believe everyone should be doing this form of exercise. See his energy flowing. See how it is reflected on the walkway, see it move and the light that emanates from his physical avatar. That is know as lifeforce, prana, chi. This type of movement is very healing and regenerates flow of life force that returns you back to a youthful and powerful form you once were. This simple flow of movement that offer simplicity of grace and ease is one of the most successful exercises that you can do for yourself. It has been kept hidden and suppressed for many, many generations. This is a activated lightbody in action. Watch as the light which is a lifeforce shines through the flesh. It has held my interest since before it became popular or even known in the states. It is the most healing and regenerative exercise that exists. If you want to activate your lightbody, then start doing this. It will clear and open every blocked meridian in the body.
We are witnessing the transformation of humanity right before our eyes!
