Releasing Lifetime Wounds

It may be time for you to remove the rose-colored glasses to see things as they truly are. Once you do, your eyes may become blinded by the bright light of Truth. This light is getting brighter and brighter and all of those creepy crawlies that normally lurk in the darkness are making their debut. They have always been there as this or that has seemingly been hidden. Most of the ugliness or atrocities behind the scenes are truthfully just hidden in plain sight. 

They have always been there, but as you remove your shades, you will begin to see this more and more. The Divine Light is shining ever so brightly and this is causing all that needs to be recognized and healed, to surface. “Come out- come out wherever you are,” is the theme now, so brace yourselves dear hearts for all of this to reach the limelight. 

You have been forewarned that this was going to happen sooner or later. Well Now is the sooner and more is going to surface later. This is only the beginning of this excavation for Truth. In all honesty, we are not only healing ourselves individually, but collectively as well. In order to do this, all of these heavy dreadful skeletons are being pulled not only from our personal closets, but from societies, governments, businesses and so forth. So much of what we have soul carried individually is based on societal templating and conditions placed upon us. 

This is forcing all of us to SEE everything that we have allowed to happen or occur up until this point, and are no longer in agreement with. As the Rose-colored glasses come off, we can no longer turn a blind eye to all things we have been too fearful to face or accept head-on. This current energy is not only allowing for much needed change to occur from within, but also to give us the strength and courage to face the Truth and see everything as it truly is. The illusions are dissolving and the veil is continuing to become thinner.

In order to effectively hit this reset button to start anew all of the old must be healed and transmuted. If the old ways of living were seeming to fail then it is most definitely time to SEE why that is and what you can do to change it this next time around, into the new. Perhaps you will no longer allow this or that to occur again or continue forward into the New Earth. And how will you know the difference if your eyes have been shielded from the Truth up until now? 

I will tell you that the deeper we dig or peel away at the outer layers similar to an onion, it may certainly be disturbing to most. It is at this time that you will be asked to hold forgiveness in your heart for others. Forgiveness is the best way to heal and move forward since most of us have been carrying deep wounds within from past traumatic events and timelines. The three main emotional crises that we tend to relate to or have experienced before are: rejection, abandonment, and the fear of not being good enough. 

We tend to carry wounds from this lifetime as well. When we set the conscious decision to heal ourselves we are not only healing this life, but all of the ones prior that are associated with that core wound. We heal most thoroughly with the practices of forgiveness and self-love. Even though healing is not easy and often times it is painful to release, it is very helpful in restoring health and vitality to the human body (A few simple but powerful suggestions for self healing will be at the end of this article).

As mentioned many times before by others, any wounds or trauma that any of us continue to carry within our heart and soul, can and will manifest as “Dis-eases.” The best choice you can make for yourself is one of soul healing. It is necessary to provide “service to self” in order to heal completely and positively from within. This decision will positively influence others to do the same as well. Once one becomes more whole from within and elevates in consciousness, most then will then choose “service to others” with heart and soul guided confidence. Your “mission” in life is to just be yourself at all times and in all ways and to know your amazing self-worth. You deserve the best life has to offer and you most certainly deserve love!!

One powerful suggestion from my soul sister, Nicole Ashcroft ( www.angelictherapyandhealing.com), is to write forgiveness letters to whomever seemed to wrong you or hurt you in some way. This can be anyone; your friends, family members, parents, past lovers, business partners, community members. Be prepared to express a multitude of emotions throughout this process. It is encouraged that you allow yourself to feel and express everything without holding back. 

In this letter you would:

•Write out what offended you, how it made you feel, and that you send them love/light and forgive them completely. 

•It is best if you are able to hand write this letter.

•After it is written, read it out loud.

•Rip the letter in half

•Burn the letter, in a safe place, to transmute and release the energy once and for all.

Another powerful suggestion from Nicole is the self-love mirror exercise. Since your eyes are the window to your soul, you would look into a mirror and look yourself in the eyes:

•Tell yourself “I LOVE YOU” at least 3 times.

•Do this morning and night for as long as it takes or indefinitely if you wish. ❤️

– You might make goofy faces at yourself and laugh…

and you most definitely will even cry. You have been waiting to tell yourself this for far too long!! ?
