The Art Of Lucid Dreaming

Have you ever been awake while dreaming? Did you know that you can access your powers of manifestation through the practice of lucid dreaming?

The Toltec seers claim that we are dreaming one hundred percent of the time. The collective consciousness of humanity is but a dream; one that we can change. This is sometimes called “jumping timelines.” While there really isn’t such a thing as a “timeline,” there is a certain inertia to mass consciousness. This inertia maintains a collective agreement that allows us to perceive the same things. Each agreement is a description of reality: we have agreements among our family members, agreements that pertain to our communities, to our nations, and to the human experience itself. Established by our relationships, they are like circles within circles; collectively, our agreements maintain our description of reality.

The conscious creative dares to dream a different dream. He joins with other creative visionaries: together, they pressure the collective, and the paradigm shifts accordingly.

The dream universe possesses concepts which will someday completely transform the physical world, but the denial of such concepts as possibilities delays their emergence.

There are also shared or “mass” dreams. In these mankind deals with problems of his political and social structure. In these man dreams individually and collectively of ways in which changes could occur. These dreams actually help bring about the resulting change. The very energy and direction of these dreams will help change the situation. ~ “Seth, Dreams and Projection of Consciousness.” Roberts, Jane. New Awareness Network. 1998

Conscious Dreaming

In the esoteric practice of lucid dreaming, one must “wake up” in the dream, and know that one is dreaming. Then you can control the dream: fly, go through walls, even change the dream itself. The first step in lucid dreaming is to remember to check to see if you are dreaming. This is difficult because we tend to always accept that the reality we are experiencing — dream or not — is real. So you are always surprised when you check and discover that you are, in fact, sleeping. However, the hardest part of lucid dreaming is to stay awake in the dream. The mind is easily distracted by what its experience and lulled back to sleep.

The real purpose of lucid dreaming is to wake up in the dream of life; to become lucid in daily awareness — to realize that you have the power to change your reality by changing the dream. As in dreaming, you have to remember to do the following:

1. Realize you are in a dream

2. Stay awake

3. Hold the intent for a different dream

The conscious creative is awake in a way that the populace and even the controllers cannot replicate: he is in a state of constant conscious dreaming. Like the pilot of a ship far out at sea, he keeps his attention sharp while guiding the ship towards the land that no one can see but that he knows is there. The conscious creative’s focused intent holds the energy that creates the new Matrix of Eden: a grid of energy that surrounds us and supports the web of creation on Earth.

Directed, focused intent, maintained consistently and persistently over “time” always trumps any default intent. The deliberate dreaming of the planet’s conscious creators helps to speed up the collective’s transformation and to buffer it from becoming too abrupt, directing the process away from the necessity of catastrophic events. The vision held by a few conscious dreamers is guiding the entire collective into a new dream.
