What If Guys And Girls Had One Special Week?

Societal standards and pressures tend to shape the way we are. Remember being asked as a child, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”  We tend to give some generic answer because we’re still trying to figure WHO we are and WHY we’re here. By answering, “Myself” is not an option in this 3rd dimensional reality. If we took money out of the equation, chances are, our answers would be different today.

Both females and males put an inordinate amount of pressure upon themselves through societal expectations.  Women tend to be more concerned about what other women think about their appearance more than what a man might think about it.  Men are generally more physical and may feel the pressure through truly opening up their feelings or through their sexual performance.

In the end, both sexes end up overthinking their relationships while their insecurities become magnified.

This is not the way it was supposed to be.

With that in mind, what if we had a special week put aside for each gender?

For the Ladies: NO MAKEUP WEEK

There should be a “No Makeup Week” where women don’t feel the need to comply with societal pressures to put on toxic war paint in order to be accepted in public. I can understand some women feeling the need to accentuate their eyes, cheekbones, etc.. but you’re already beautiful without the makeup… in all sizes and in all shapes! You’re so critical of yourselves when you see the beauty in everyone ELSE and then compare them to you. You’re beautiful just they way you are.  OWN IT!

Please find the time to watch this video:

Yes, YOU are ENOUGH, just the way you are! OWN IT!

For the Men: EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS WEEK

This one is for the guys. We tend to act all macho because we’re taught that showing our feelings is a sign of weakness, when in reality, it’s utter bullshit. By suppressing our feelings (once again, through societal pressures), we’re not only doing ourselves a disservice, but our partners as well. We end up denying an aspect of ourselves that we fear more than war: The Divine Feminine. Our goal is to be balanced, not imbalanced. That doesn’t mean we have to give up watching and playing sports and start going to Broadway plays. Far from it. It’s about the acceptance of something we’ve been ignoring since we were children. By opening up, your lady will love you more than ever before.  Most likely, she’s already empathically picked up on your insecurities and is willing to help you along, but you gotta take the first step and express your heart-felt feelings to her. OWN IT!

EVEN BETTER

Have these both in the same exact week! It’ll either strengthen a relationship throughout all of eternity or will weed out the weak ones who simply may be wasting your time.

Your thoughts?

Sending you all infinite LOVE & Light!

Gregg
