I enjoy playing around with different techniques and seeing which ones work for me and which don’t. This one I started doing recently and already noticed improvements. It is very powerful and I have added onto it as well.

With these awareness, it brings unconditional love, compassion, peace and kindness to human beings who are free, independent and on trek to Oneness with Source.
