On March 24th, 2018, I laid down in the afternoon to take a nap exhausted from shooting basketball with my kids for two hours at the park earlier that day. During my sleep time, is when the energy wave hit me. I was conscious of the entire process as if it happened while I was completely awake and aware and I was just lying in bed flat, comfortably on my back.
