As we get ready to head into the summer months up here in the northern hemisphere, the month of June may be bringing some clarity for many of you when it comes to your path. The ascension energies seem to be highlighting deep mental clarity on how to integrate your life purpose with the wisdom of past lives.

Whenever past life information comes to the surface it can bring some emotional releases with it. Be accepting of these feelings and try not to judge them. The information can be most helpful when we do not attach ourselves to the emotions surfacing and simply observe.

This month, make sure to take care of you. This is not the month to sacrifice your own needs ahead of others.

Work for the collective is best done when the Self is fully nurtured.
