My one and only resolution this year. On January 1st, I started the Keto Diet. Before I started, I weighed 226.2 (102.6 kg | 16.1 stones) and after my first month of results, I’ve lost almost 15 lbs (6.8 kg | 1 stone). After the first 42 days, I’ve lost 22 lbs!
