Transformative Angel Message For The Week

Life is a hall of mirrors, a reflection of YOU.

Harmony and balance come from within you. Any drama or turmoil you see playing out around you is a projection of the distortions created by the inner wounds that are surfacing now to be opened and cleaned out in order to be healed. Meet your wounds as friends. They are great teachers, but they must be recognized and seen and “brought to light” in order to learn from them. Clarity arises once wounds are known, healed and transformed into lessons.

Always being in the mind rather than in the body, heart or soul is a trauma response. Being stuck in thought is a distraction or a way to escape emotional pain. Staying in the head keeps you from being in the heart where you slay your demons and nurse your wounds so they can heal. True healing requires embodying the mind, body, heart and soul as one…unity…In doing so, you experience feeling whole and complete.

Once the mirror of life before you is cleared of the shadows (wounds) you will only see love. What you see now in the mirror is love wearing many masks. Love has many faces. Love is YOU. It shows up to you in many disguises, but it is the same force…. Love is calling you forth to recognize it in all of its forms, including yourself. All love is one.

Love is not an emotion. Love is a state of being. When body, mind and spirit are united through the heart, you are able to experience yourself as love. Your primordial essence is pure love. This year is about coming to know yourself as LOVE and allowing the distortions in the mirror preventing you from seeing yourself in your truth to dissolve into the light.
