Namaste to all of our beautiful In5D family and yes, I’m talking to YOU! A lot has happened since the end of last month. Let me tell you about it.

At the end of November, I came down with diverticulitis. I can’t speak for others, but what I experienced was incredible pain on the left side of my body, below my rib cage. I somehow drove myself and began my two week stay at Sarasota Memorial Hospital here in Florida. I was determined to avoid surgery and did everything I could possibly do to avoid it. I was basically immobile but after stabilizing, I began to feel much better in several days as my condition was monitored by my physician. I attribute this to YOU and everyone who send me positive energy, reiki, prayers, thoughts and good intentions. This is the power of LOVE!

One day, my physician visited me and asked me how I was doing. I told him I kept feeling better and better each day. He said, “That’s the best news I’ve heard all day.”

I had numerous tests ran and one day, the ran a CT Scan (cat Scan). This is what determined that I needed surgery. This was scheduled for the following day on December 7, 2020.

In5D Update

I had been sliced open from a couple inches below my chest to several inches past my belly button. My digestive system was basically pulled from my body to remove the damaged area(s) of my intestine and colon. This is called a colostomy. My surgeon told me that this can be reversed in as little as 3 months so already, I’m setting my goals for March 2021. He stated that I’ll need to lose weight before the reversal, which at this point in time, is no issue. I’ve lost significant weight while in the hospital because for the most part, I was on either some sort of saline drip or on a clear liquid diet.

My surgeon told me that I will be basically bed-ridden for the first six weeks. I cannot hold anything heavier than a gallon of milk, nor am I allowed to drive during this time period. I am, however, encourage to walk around my apartment as this deters blood clots from happening.

On December 13th, 2020, I was discharged from the hospital.

Love and Gratitude

My dear friend, Bonnie picked me up and drove me to Publix, where I needed to purchase the medications I was prescribed. While I was there, I also did a little basic grocery shopping. As grateful as I was to have someone to help me out, I was feeling completely overwhelmed. How will I change my ostamy on my own? How will I get groceries or run simple errands if I can’t drive?

Incarnated angels

Enter my sister Tara and my dear friend, Sarah Randall. These two ladies are incarnated angels.

Let’s start with Sarah. She’s an Acturian and in this incarnation, she’s also a walking Angel and Reiki Practitioner. Additionally, she performs sound baths channeled through her Arcturian connections. Sarah has brought me unmeasurable comfort and relief. Her work history includes being a Surgical Wound Nurse and she’s been helping me with my at-home healing. Her calming energy and professionalism combined with her metaphysical gifts helps to make this process so much easier. Otherwise, I’d be completely overwhelmed. Once her website is up and running, I’ll be giving her free advertising on In5D for life.

My sister Tara is here with me as well. Her and I lost our middle sister, Lola, in 2011 around this time of the year. Tara has been an IMMENSE help to me as well, helping out with so many things that are overwhelming on a daily basis, especially for a workaholic who is supposed to be bed-ridden for 6 weeks. Plus, she’s my sister and honestly, so is Sarah <3 <3

More Gratitude and Love

These ladies are a great blessing to me. I am so grateful to physically have them here to help me through with my recovery!

I’m incredibly grateful for my Goddess, my forever gal, my twin flame, Alison Janes. I could be in discomfort but when I see Alison on Facetime, I light up! She truly is eternal twin flame and her love and support means the world… the multiverse and beyond to me!

I’d love to thank everyone who has donated and/or shared the link to my GoFundMe page to help with the Reverse Colostomy. As many of you know, I don’t have insurance and this is an elective surgery. I meet with my surgeon on December 22, 2020 and will ask him for a wedding wish favor: To perform the reversal in 3 months. At the hospital, he told me this was entirely possible. That would give me healing time in order to marry my twin flame Alison on May 5, 2021 (5/5/5), so ALL of your generous donations are so greatly appreciated to help me pay for this elective surgery!

The workaholic in me is looking forward to making new tie dye shirts, but that might be a month and a half away or so. In the meanwhile, I have 400 or so shirts in stock and I am still able to fulfil orders from In5D Quantum Tie Dye as any new orders should arrive before Christmas here in the United States.
