KETO 1 CARB BREAKFAST SANDWICH! EGG, SAUSAGE AND CHEESE ON A 2 INGREDIENT WAFFLE!
If you’re looking for an amazing low carb keto breakfast, then try this sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. The keto waffle is made from a large egg and a half cup of your favorite cheese. In this video, I used mozzarella and provolone, but you can choose any cheese you like. Whisk it together and spray some oil on both sides of your waffle maker. Pour half of it into your waffle maker. The light shuts off when it’s done. Remove the waffle and repeat.
Oil your sandwich maker and add the bottom keto waffle. Then, add sausage, bacon, veggies, etc…, add your egg, and top if off with the other keto waffle. I’ll wait a few minutes before I add the cheese because otherwise, it melts too quickly.
And there you have it! YUMMY!!!
