How To Ground And Balance Your Energy

I have been drawn to write about the Cerebrospinal fluid breath which I have been receiving details about over the last few weeks.  In short, we all have fluid that is held within our spine.  This travels from the brain all the way down the spine within the column.  It interacts with our body in a unique way in that it touches and channels energy through the centre of the body which in turn will affect our whole-body system.


The cerebrospinal fluid breath is basically a simple exercise to breathe into your back brain (toward the pons or pituitary gland) and all the way down your spinal fluid.  It is for peace, calm, balance and centering your energies.  That is where I thought it stopped until a friend of mine, also on a spiritual path, sent me a message saying she had just connected with a Kundalini Meditation that was also working with the CSF.

I began to then receive clarity for the reasons for sharing the CSF breath.  Still it is for peace, balance and calm, but it is also a tool to use to control or calm the Kundalini Energy.

Now, you may have heard a lot about Kundalini energy and Kundalini awakening, which seems to be an exhilarating and amazing experience for a lot of people.  An out of this world feeling and moment in time.  I am here to tell you, you may have your Kundalini awakened upon your karmic path without completely realising.  Therefore, there is a lot of energy that is swirling in the Crown Chakra that needs to be tempered balanced and grounded.

Personally, I have felt moments of ecstatic pleasure, exhilaration and pure awe as I have meditated or had out of body experiences, but I cannot put my finger on one time where there was a “Kundalini Awakening”.  Some may argue that if you have not had THE Kundalini awakening experience then you have not been awakened, whereas through my experience I have felt as my Kundalini is awoken and has been for some time.   Remember that each of us experience our lives on the earth is UNIQUE and no one person is the same.

So, with this knowing that she is awake, it is the understanding of tempering her energy right now and share it with those who may be in a similar boat.

Before we go on, Kundalini has been described as an energy that is held within the base of the spine that everyone has.  Kundalini means “coiled” and it is said to rise like a snake through the energy centres, spine or chakras to the crown where an explosion of spiritual enlightenment takes place with a pure ecstasy of energy.  It usually lays dormant in most people unless they are working with yoga or spiritual practices.  It may be aroused purposefully, or spontaneously.  The experience can be a rude awakening for some and a disconnection may take place which may leave you out of balance or feeling little nuts.  Therefore, some action must be taken to take hold of your energy to ensure you stay filled with your own energy and balanced.

So, if you have been on a spiritual journey for some time and may not have had a “Kundalini Awakening”, in a spontaneous manner, you still may be awakened and not be aware.

The Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) breath is to take hold and temper your energy.

The CSF breath is to ground yourself and bring it back down to the spine through the fluid to ground your energy instead of being in the top crown all the time, which will exhaust and drain you.  It does not mean that you are asleep again, nor does it mean you are not “awakened” any more, for once you have seen there is no unseeing.  That is unless you choose to block the energy.

The CSF breath is a way to control or balance the energies.  It is a way to bring you back into a centre of peace and calm.  Your peace and calm.  It is good to do at any time, but it is a wonderful tool to use to ground, centre and balance when you feel drained or out of sorts.  To bring back the energy to a flow that is a natural physical state for day-to-day life.  You can access the crown at any time with meditation or breath work, but the CSF breath is just a simple tool to bring it all back to you.

Another way to bring the energy back into your physical self is with orgasm.  This will bring the Kundalini energy back to your naval chakra and connect you to your physicality again.  It is also a great way for your body to release any pent-up energy that has no release at this time.  When you have a very active crown that has been activated for a while, bringing it back into the body and releasing it in a pleasurable way is also a wonderful way to connect and balance.

So, many who have connected to this would have their Kundalini awakened.  The idea here is to control or temper it so that you are not continually open and becoming drained.  The CSF breath is to help you to bring it back to you and allow your energy to be centred within you.

This is just a tool that you can use at any time for your own benefit.  Remember that we need tools for all sorts of things in life, so to stock up on your spiritual tools is important to keep a balance each day, especially with all the light energy and change that is working within our world now.  Not getting caught up in the negativity and just reconnecting to self is the greatest gift to the world.  cantering your own energy, creating balance and intending peace within self helps change the world.

We all have the power, tools and knowingness within us to heal, balance and centre ourselves for a healthy happy and abundant life.  We are amid change and creating a new way of being, new ways to help ourselves and this is just one.

If you feel it connects with you then great, and if not, you have the power of your own discernment to work with.  Remember every choice for you is the right choice.  Feel if it is right for you or not.
