All You Need To Ascend Part III – From A 5D Perspective

First things first, I will continue with my series on raising your vibrations to enter the higher realms next, although I need to explain something first. You may have noticed that I suddenly started signing my posts here with the name of Lucina along with mine. Well the reason for that is Lucina is my divine Twin, and has become such a large part of my life now, that we go hand in hand.

Some that are reading this actually know her, as I have reunited them with their other half, and they are now being mentored by her. It seems that this was all pre-planned before we were all born, and many are assembling at this time. We may not be consciously aware of it, yet our Soul (higher self) is, along with Lucina.

Our story is explained on the “Project” site, and that info is in the bio below, although the short of it is we were a couple a long time ago, and in 1981 she “passed”. Well beginning in 2012 she began to awaken me from the other side of the veil, and in 2015 we literally joined.

Time to assemble

She resigned her commission on a ship called the Phoenix in the Ashtar Command and moved into my body, and has been mentoring me 24/7 ever since. I have been to her ship and met commander Soltec many times.

This is the reason I preface all my articles “From a 5d perspective”, because all my information comes from her and her world. I actually consider myself a 5d being operating in a 3d world now, and I offer this information to all who will listen. Guess my/our goal at this point in time, is to assemble as many of us old friends as possible, in order to help shift this planet back to where it not only should be, yet where it was originally …the 5th dimension.

The second site I built (also in the bio), is exclusively the information I have been taught from the other side over the last 3 years. This one is called CTTL (Come To The Light).

Heaven on Earth

With all that said, let’s move on to the task at hand…raising your vibration so we can turn Gaia/Earth back into the 5th dimensional paradise she once was. That paradise is actually here right now, and right in front of us. It is our limited 3d minds that just cannot see it.

This is where opening your heartmind by raising your vibration is of such importance. I see energies now and have for some time, see my video interview from 2015 on the “Project” site. Now all these years later though, I literally see Heaven on Earth being born. I’m amazed at the beauty I see every day as we shift. It is just your focus that keeps you from seeing it.

All False Beliefs Must Go

One of the first things I was taught, is that we need to get rid of ALL our false beliefs. I remember when we were first officially reunited back in late 2014, she told me that 3d was so hard, and needed to be overcome to move on.

Everything we have been taught was a lie, and that lie was to keep us in the lower dimensions. Even ones we think are “okay” like about nutrition, are not. My next article will be exclusively about that, yet this one is about the importance of meditating.

Quiet time (meditating)

The reason I say quiet time is because that is all you need, and “meditating” has such a bad connotation. There is not set way to do it, as quiet time has no method as many meditations do. There are a few (very few), rules to follow, yet nothing set in stone. So you can scratch that.

Remember we are perfect beings, and set up this “game” we are playing, to be super simple. It is just the ones that wanted to keep us stifled that said everything was “hard work”. That was to keep us from where we are now going.

The breakdown

So this is how it works. #1 is to find a spot in your house, and use this same area all the time. Your energies get anchored here, and soon this spot will call to you throughout your day. I am with Lucina every minute of every day now, yet our best connection is in my “spot”.

#2 do it either late or early. This depends on if you are a late-night person, or an early riser. The reason I say between those times (2am and 4am), is because the 3d energies are at their lowest then, and conversely the 5d ones are at their strongest.

Don’t sweat it

If you aren’t up at that time yet, no problem…you never want to “stress” about anything. This is important. I was told you never ever want to raise your heartbeat, as this lowers your vibration. Just get up 20 minutes early and get to your area, and as you open your heartmind you will naturally want to spend more time there, and start to add more by getting up earlier.

I now jump out of bed between 3am and 4am every day, and have been for years. When I need to start my 3d day around 9ish, I’m disappointed, and I’m like “okay, here we go”. See once you open your heartmind and realize everything all around you is just an illusion anyway, you’ll want to stay in the real world. Which is where you go, when you venture inside your heart.

Get rid of distractions

At first though, way back when I woke at 7am, and I just got up 20 minutes early and arranged my area. This is your spot (home), so make it comfortable for you. Put crystals there, candles, feathers…whatever. There is no need to leave them there all the time, and can put them away after you are done with your quiet time.

Remove all distractions, clock, turn off your cell phone, the ringer on your home phone, even music, etc. I have some meditation music infused with a special DNA awakening codes embedded in them on the “Project” site under communication tips, if you want. Not needed though.

Stick with it

#3 as you sit there and be quiet, your “to do” list will come up. It will tell you that you need to do this today and that, and you need to move and get going. This is only your EGO mind fighting what you are doing, because it knows once you accomplish what you are attempting to do, you will not need it any longer, and it will be out of a job. For me even 15 minutes was torture, at first.

Just keep pushing those thoughts to the side. It may take a few days, even weeks, yet stick with it because at one point they will stay there. It is now that you are in (you have opened your heartmind), and this is when a whole new world or should I say Universe opens up for you.

Welcome home

This is the world you never knew existed, yet has always been there, right inside…just waiting for us. You are home now, and you will FEEL it. It is like a hole that you may have had your entire life is suddenly filled. It is an incredible feeling.

It is here you’ll find your purpose, and don’t be surprised if a few friends or relatives who have “passed” begin to reach out to you. They returned home after they “died”, and now you have also.
