Presence Of Your Essence

Be present. Know that in your inner workings you share your “presents” to others by your very essence.
Your inner workings are very, very important NOW. Even though external circumstances, surroundings, happenings have impacted your inner being remember that NOTHING is permanent, all is an illusion and what you focus on expands.
Now we say sometimes this is difficult if not impossible to comprehend but we say trust, have faith to understand that NOTHING AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME can hurt, harm you on (y)our level. We are the overseers (see over) who guide and protect you. YES you have been harmed, hurt, killed many, many times. Your inner/outer being has been victimized, misunderstood & has been misaligned with negative energies/entities. We say release, release, release. NOW is the time to let it all flow out, out, out of your being. Envision a strong flow of water from a faucet & see all your “issues”, concerns, worries, hurt, pain flow down the drain. Detach, unattach, to all that lowers you to “less than”. No one can make you unworthy. Allow others hurt and pain which can penetrate your being to separate from your worthy essence. Observe, detach and set boundaries which honor your true essence/core of being.
Get help from others in the healing professions in whatever manner or format fits your style. There are a many healing arts practitioners NOW. You have the most amazing opportunity to have so many available and free from the stigmas of the past where their abilities were persecuted and silenced. You can now enjoy all in total freedom and enjoyment. To this we say….hallelujah and finally.
Know that their presence and art helps integrate all the lost, damaged body parts and cells that are needed/necessary for repair and integration. Think of it as going to a repair shop for dissolvement, integration and upgrade to a shining YOU.
Be the observer. Watch your thoughts. Be grateful. Breath. Be in the NOW. Just Be. Embrace and Love YOU…all of you (even when the hurt, pain, confusion erupts unintentionally and not as desired). Love those parts too. YOU ARE WORTHY OF IT ALL! You are a creator, co-creator, creating your fabulous life. Envision it and know that in your ability to embrace, heal, love ALL of you…your true essence emerges shining for others.
Your impact on others may be noticed or in many cases felt by others on an unconscious level. Protect and ground yourself in public and realize the ripple effect you have on others. Be aware, protect your own space and know that you truly are a gift to this world.
