Spiritual Nourishment

Love is our deepest longing. Just as the body needs food the soul needs love. It is nourishment, spiritual nourishment.

Without food, water, and air, the body would deteriorate. Without love, the soul begins to contract and shrink. The body begins to age.

I no longer live in time. I only live in moments and love is only a word until someone comes along and gives it meaning. The only thing you must understand is that you are the meaning. There is no one outside of you that can fulfill you. If that happens it will only be for fleeing moments it will not last.

As I tell my granddaughter, don’t fall in love until you become the highest version of love. You don’t fall in love, you become love realized because you are already whole and perfect. You are the radiant one you have been waiting for. You just forgotten.

You will discover that there are no restrictions what so ever once you become self realized. When this is completed, you will magnetize the perfect love that will compliment your soul. It is then the soul will expand and the two will become one as the flames merge into oneness. It will be in this moment that the dance will begin.

Your love will not complete you for you are whole exactly as you are, but now, you will become expanded as both souls can reach untouchable potentials as you realize love offers that of the greatest of expansion for the soul.

Love is the only thing that is real. It is the only way that you can take with you when you leave this world. Give it and share it completely and freely. Without terms, conditions or expectations. Savor the sweet deliciousness as it just dances on your tongue. Your world will begin to change beyond what you can ever imagine.

Love is everything.

Love is the only thing.
