WHEN SHOULD A ROCK N ROLL SINGER CALL IT QUITS?
80’s rock bands are charging upwards of $900 and more for front row seats but some of the lead singers are having voice problems, such as Paul Stanley and Jon Bon Jovi.
Would you be willing to pay almost $1000 for a seat to hear someone singing who is way past his or her prime?
It’s clear that money is the motivational factor for most singers and bands. Would they still be willing to tour if they were playing what they’re worth… perhaps $15-20 a ticket?
For many, it’s certainly not an even energy exchange.
