BIRTHSTONES: The Meaning Of Your Birthstone By Month
Preface by Gregg Prescott, M.S.
Founder, Webmaster, & Editor, In5D.com
Every month has a specific birthstone associated with it but what do each of these stones mean and why are there more than one birthstone associated with each month?
Why are there multiple birthstones listed for each month?
Each month has a traditional birthstone, so why are there more than one birthstone listed for each month? The answer is quite simple. Some gemstones are very expensive, so alternate gemstones were created to be more affordable than the traditional gemstone.
For example, April’s birthstone is the diamond but its alternate is clear quartz, which has a similar appearance, yet less costly.
Some thoughts to consider…
You may want to read what each month’s birtstones mean because you may find an intriguing quality in a birthstone that appeals to you.
You may also want to check your birthchart to see where you moon and ascendant signs are as they may relate to gemstones that are also related to your birthday. You can get a free birth chart short report forecast here to find out your moon and ascendant signs.
