We are moving through a profound portal of light. If you resonate with these words you may be experiencing

• timeline slippage,

Portals, gateways, tidal waves of light immerse us in higher vibratory fields, our cellular vibration moves up the frequency spectrum. Our mind, body and soul energetic system is brought online with higher dimensional realms. Key to cosmic upgrades is us moving into the Present, rediscovering our I Am. We consciously live in the moment. Our perception of time fluctuates as we zone into the present, our core strengthening and clearing. As energetic flow increases through our chakras we transform from the inside out. We learn first hand that there is more to the world than what we see, hear, feel and are told. Our sixth sense kicks in. We recognize truth in our selves and all around us.

Our lives change dramatically. The changes are led from the heart, targeted at releasing pain, increasing calm and letting go of stress, guilt and fear.

Awakening is transcendence, it is experiencing the fifth or higher dimensions. It is taking responsibility for our well-being and the well-being of our communities. All of it is rooted in gratitude. Bitterness, the opposite of gratitude, grows from a refusal to process, accept and release. We can block upgrades, we can delay them, refuse them. We dictate our own frequencies. This is Free Will. Willingness to surrender to the evolution of our being is stepping into our power as manifestors in a quantum world.

Research, read up on the process of awakening, be confident in choosing energetic spirituality. Know you are not alone. Know there are many of us waking up to a quantum universe. We continue to operate in the third dimension as people in their activated lightbody. The more we raise our vibrations, the more we untangle ourselves from the tentacles of the matrix. We choose joy over hate, love over fear, mindfulness over stress. We become the change we then see in the world.

Relax, drink water, research, meditate and reflect. Let your mind wander, your body rest and your soul stretch her wings.

We are becoming something else, more human, more advanced, intergalactic and spiritual. Be conscious of the process.

Talk to and listen to your body, be positive and kind when you think of your body. Feelings translate into energetic frequencies, resonating positive or negative.

Feelings set our cellular vibration, which rolls out to our health, state of mind and soul sense.
