A potential Carrington Event is possible with six massive Corona Mass Ejections (CME’s) on their way. A massive sunspot, known as AR3664, has grown to rival the famous Carrington sunspot of 1859. This enormous sunspot is 15 times wider than Earth and can be seen with ordinary eclipse glasses. In fact, it’s easy to project an image of this sunspot onto a white screen or sidewalk, just like Carrington did in the 19th century.

The Carrington Event: A Benchmark for Space Weather
The Carrington sunspot is famous because it emitted intense solar flares and coronal mass ejections (CMEs) in August and September 1859. These CMEs caused geomagnetic storms that set fire to telegraph offices and sparked auroras from Cuba to Hawaii. The “Carrington Event” has become a benchmark for space weather in popular culture, with recent headlines warning of an “internet apocalypse” if it repeats.
UPDATE!!! A 7th Coronal Mass Ejection is on its way!
On my live video below, we found out that a 7th coronal mass ejection is heading toward Earth.
Aurora Borealis could be seen in Florida and Africa
If a Carrington Event were to occur today, the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) would likely be visible at much lower latitudes than usual. The aurora would be visible as far south as:
The southern United States, including cities like Dallas, Texas, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
The northern parts of Mexico, including the states of Chihuahua, Sonora, and Baja California
The southern parts of Canada, including cities like Toronto, Ontario, and Montreal, Quebec
Northern Europe, including the UK, France, Germany, and Scandinavia
Northern Asia, including China, Japan, and parts of Russia
In fact, the aurora could potentially be visible as far south as:
The southern tip of Florida, USA
The southern parts of Spain and Portugal in Europe
The northern parts of Africa, including Morocco and Algeria
The Growing Active Region: A Cause for Concern
While it’s unlikely that the current CMEs en route to Earth will cause a repeat of the Carrington Event, it’s still important to keep an eye on this growing active region. In fact, the geomagnetic storm watch has been upgraded from G2 (Moderate) to G3 (Strong) due to the constant stream of CMEs from AR3664.
SpaceWeather.com is calling for a potential “Cannibal CME”, stating:
A new NOAA forecast model suggests that three of them could merge to form a potent “Cannibal CME.” Cannibal CMEs form when fast-moving CMEs overtake slower CMEs in front of them. Internal shock waves created by such CME collisions do an good job sparking geomagnetic storms when they strike Earth’s magnetic field. Indeed, NOAA is now predicting a severe storm on May 11th when the Cannibal arrives.
What countries could be affected?
Virtually the entire North America (except Alaska and Hawaii), the Bahamas, Mexico, Cuba, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Chile, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, and Paraguay are ALL in the RED ZONE of these CME’s.
Arrival Dates
According to a NOAA forecast model, the first CME will reach Earth late on May 10th, with additional CMEs arriving on May 11th and possibly 12th. Minor to strong geomagnetic storms could occur on all three days, with auroras potentially visible at mid-latitudes in Europe and the USA.
While we’re overdue for a Carrington-class storm, it’s essential to stay informed and prepared for any potential disruptions. Keep an eye on the sunspot’s activity and be ready for any unexpected consequences.
The above video is from Ben Davidson and his Suspicious0bservers YouTube channel. He stated in the video, “”Although the chances are still low for this being the event that they call the solar killshot… the global EMP… the one that takes away our civilization, I’m still heading to the store for extra supplies.”
Davidson has publicly stated that he thinks a physical pole shift will happen by 2050, while the person that he gets a lot of his information from in terms of the date for a pole shift says that it won’t happen until at least 2060. Ben He lives in Colorado and is one of the people who wants to survive the pole shift. That’s why he’s 5 miles above sea level and has supplies and contingencies made for a potential scenario.
I live 4 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. Less than that as the crow flies.I don’t desire to live in a world without electricity, hot water, no food, etc… I have no fear of death, either. If a pole shift happens, I’ll see you all on the other side of the veil!
But as I have stated in the past,I don’t think there will be a pole shift in our lifetimes or our children’s lifetimes. If a pole shift doesn’t happen while we’re alive, then you wasted a whole lot of time worrying about something that never happened.
If it does happen, then there’s really nothing you can do about it, unless you really want to live in a world without modern day conveniences such as a cell phone, toilet paper, new clothes, grocery stores, etc…

The YouTube channel WagesWorld is saying that there will be SIX incoming CME’s this weekend.

With all of these CME’s forcasted, there exists a probability of earthquakes happening in the affected areas.
Get Temporary Supplies
It’s possible that there could be some outages or temporary shutdowns and if that happens, you might want to stock up on some supplies, such as water, dry non-refrigerated food, pet food, candles, battery operated fans, propane, etc… You may also want to freeze as much water as possible to keep your perishable items in your refrigerator from spoiling in the event of a power outage.
Category 4 Hurricane Irma hit Sarasota in 2017. At the time, I was living on Siesta Key and was one of the last people to leave the island, once I heard that the storm surge levels were possibly going over 10 feet.
I had a chest freezer that I lined the bottom of it with water bottles and topped off any additional space with the bottles as well. I ended up losing power for 5 days on the island, but the chest freezer ended up saving everything in my freezer as well as refrigerator during that time.
For those who plan on completely bugging out, here’s a comprehensive list of things you can do to prepare for a short term or possibly long term power outage:
Food and Water Preparation
- Stock up on non-perishable food: Canned goods, dried fruits, nuts, and energy bars.
- Bottled water: Store at least 1 gallon per person per day for drinking, cooking, and hygiene.
- Water purification tablets or filter: In case you need to use alternative water sources.
- Freeze water: Fill containers with water and freeze them to have a supply of frozen water for drinking and hygiene.
- Fill tub with water: Fill your bathtub with water for washing, flushing toilets, and other non-potable uses.
Lighting and Power
- Flashlights and extra batteries: Have a reliable light source and spare batteries.
- Candles and matches: A backup lighting option, but be cautious of fire hazards.
- Portable power banks: Charge your devices and keep them powered up.
- Solar-powered chargers: Charge your devices using solar power.
First Aid and Hygiene
- First aid kit: Stock up on bandages, antiseptic wipes, pain relievers, and any prescription medications.
- Personal hygiene items: Toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, toilet paper, and feminine hygiene products.
- Moist towelettes or baby wipes: For personal hygiene and cleaning.
- Hand sanitizer: For when water is scarce.
Communication and Entertainment
- Cell phone chargers and backup power sources: Keep your devices charged and powered up.
- Two-way radios or walkie-talkies: Stay in touch with family and neighbors.
- Books, games, and puzzles: For entertainment and mental stimulation.
- Flashlights with red lights: To preserve your night vision.
Safety and Security
- Fire extinguisher: In case of accidental fires.
- First aid kit for pets: If you have pets, make sure you have a kit with pet-specific supplies.
- Cash and important documents: Keep essential documents and some cash on hand in case of a prolonged outage.
- Personal safety items: Whistles, pepper spray, or other personal safety devices.
Miscellaneous
- Gas cans and fuel: For generators or camping stoves.
- Sleeping bags and blankets: In case you need to evacuate or lose power for an extended period.
- Important phone numbers and documents: Keep a list of important phone numbers and documents in a safe and accessible place.
- Pet supplies: Food, water, and any necessary medication for your pets.
What Could Happen To Earth During A Carrington Event
A Carrington-level solar flare or coronal mass ejection (CME) could have devastating effects on Earth. Here are some potential consequences:
Power Grid Disruption: A powerful geomagnetically induced current (GIC) could flow through power grids, causing widespread power outages, potentially lasting for weeks or even months. This could lead to:
- Disruption of critical infrastructure, such as hospitals, emergency services, and communication networks.
- Economic losses due to power outages, affecting industries, transportation, and daily life.
Communication Disruption: Radio blackouts could occur, affecting:
- Satellite communications, GPS, and navigation systems.
- Cellular networks, internet connectivity, and online services.
- Emergency response systems, potentially hindering disaster response and rescue efforts.
Aurora-Like Displays: The intense magnetic storm could cause spectacular aurora displays at lower latitudes, potentially:
- Disrupting air travel, as pilots may need to reroute or delay flights.
- Interfering with satellite operations, navigation, and communication systems.
Satellite Malfunctions: The intense radiation and magnetic storm could damage or destroy satellites in Earth’s orbit, leading to:

- Long-term effects on the global economy, potentially leading to recession or depression.
It’s essential to note that the severity of the effects would depend on the intensity of the solar flare and the preparedness of critical
infrastructure. While a Carrington-level event is unlikely to cause catastrophic destruction, it could still have significant and far-reaching consequences.

I personally don’t think any of this will turn into a Carrington Event but you might want to err on the side of good judgment by having food and water available for the upcoming several weeks.
