How To Move Past Your Spiritual Funk

A great method at bringing your energies back into alignment with your heart and move past the monkey mind of fear and doubt.

The ascension of awakening can bring us sometimes into overwhelm – procrastination and limiting beliefs at times when we don’t see the immediate effects in our physical surroundings from all the healing – self development – shifts and changes.

This can feel pretty daunting – isolating and lead to plummeting right down into a web of fears and negative thoughts. Today is such a day for myself so I wanted to share what I do when I feel this happening.

I DO NOTHING!!

I stop what ever it is I was trying to force myself through and put on something uplifting to distract my mind from bringing anymore limiting patterns into my energy field. Pure position creation of our reality can only happen from a high vibration – so if you are not feeling like you are there. Stop, walk away, bring it back to the breath and give yourself a rest and come back another time when you are feeling in a good space.

In this video I talk about some simple techniques on how to deal with those times you feel like nothing is shifting in your external world.

Please be good to yourself and gentle right now it’s a pretty intense week of energy shifts so A LOT is being transmuted into the light, take a little step back and know this is gonna launch you far forward in more ways than you could of ever dreamt of.
