Keto Diet Update: Goal Achieved! 27 LBS in 77 Days
Keto Update: My one and only resolution this year. On January 1st, I started the Ketogenic Diet. At the time, I weighed 226.2 (102.6 kg | 16.1 stones) and after my first month of results, I’ve lost almost 15 lbs (6.8 kg | 1 stone). After 77 days, on March 17th, I achieved my goal of 199 lbs. What’s next???
