The first thing we should to do is to define “Accessing higher consciousness” People often do things or have experiences to try to reach a higher way of understanding and thinking. This might include ways in which you reach your higher SELF all the way up to how you connect with Creator Source Universe. Everyones got their own ways of doing this, so we’re putting it out there.
How do YOU access higher consciousness?
Some questions to ponder:
What personal practices do you find effective in accessing higher consciousness?
Have you ever had a profound or transformative experience that felt like a connection to higher consciousness?
Are there specific meditation techniques or mindfulness practices that you use to reach a state of elevated awareness?
How do you deal with challenges or distractions when attempting to tap into higher consciousness?
How do you maintain a sense of connection to higher consciousness during busy or challenging times in your life?
Are there particular environments or settings that make it easier for you to access higher consciousness?
Do you use any tools or aids, such as crystals, music, or specific breathing exercises, to help you get to that point??
What guidance or insights have you received from your higher consciousness that significantly impacted your life decisions?
Are there specific goals or intentions you set when seeking to access higher consciousness or do you go in with a blank mind?
How has your progress for achieving higher consciousness evolved over time?
Are there any teachings, philosophies, or spiritual traditions that influence your approach to accessing higher consciousness?
