When The Waves Of Energy End Relationships

I’ve noticed a lot of people having relationship issues, myself included. I recently went through a breakup and it’s never easy. For whatever reasons, many other people are also going through this and much of it can be attributed to the incoming waves of energy.
While the majority of these incoming waves are bringing transformational energy, some are also bringing turbulence which may reveal underlying issues within any given relationship. In some cases, they may magnify or accentuate these differences to the point of no return.
If you’re also going through this, please know that you’re not alone!
Relationships can end for a number of reasons, but some of these reasons we never suspected. For example, there may be generational karma that pre-existed your relationship and has affected every relationship you’ve even been in.
You may also be experiencing issues from your shadow self which basically lays dormant in the subconscious mind. When these shadow self issues arise, it may seem like you’ve had a nasty walk-in from the other person’s perspective.
When a relationship ends, the last thing any of us need to do is to jump back into another relationship. While it may be successful for a select few, you’d probably be better off embracing being alone. Why? Because most people fear loneliness and part of our awakening is to embrace it so we can overcome that fear. Once you learn to love yourself and to enjoy your own company, the fear of loneliness issue is resolved.
It’s also very important to rediscover EVERYTHING you’re passionate about! For myself, it’s playing guitar, going for walks on the beach, and meditating. I also made a 90 day commitment with a fitness trainer who is a professional body builder. For me, it’s important to have a solid body, mind, and spirit and it all begins with a great diet and proper weight lifting technique. After I complete the first 90 days, I might do another 90… who knows.
I recently went on a Monsters of Rock Cruise and weighed myself before leaving. When I got home, I gained 6.2 pounds and knew it was time to make some serious changes. In the 4 days since I’ve been home, I’ve lost 9.2 pounds by simply going for walks on the beach, lifting weights, and changing my diet.
I’ve also noticed an endorphin rush after lifting weights and exercising. If you do this, you’ll notice how things that previously bothers you no longer matter. So, if you’re going through a breakup, I highly recommend exercising!
While you’re exploring your true passions, you’ll probably meet that person who matches your vibrational frequency!
The most important thing you can do is to forgive the other person while being grateful for the experience and good times you had together. Send the intention of love and happiness to them, even if they mistreated you badly because EVERYONE deserves love and happiness! Be sure to send yourself love and happiness, too.
If you’re deeply saddened by the breakup, ask you spirit guides and guardian angels for assistance. They’re waiting for you to simply ask them anything, 24/7/365.

Yes, even spiritual people have breakups! It happens. Always try to remember to take the high road in all stressful situations in life, especially during a breakup. At one point, you deeply loved this person. While the relationship status may have changed, somewhere deep inside there will always be some sort of love and respect you have for this person, so be sure to send them the intentions of love and happiness.
Sending you all infinite Love & Light,
Gregg
